Before joining DeMenna & Associates, Steven was a Ronald Reagan Fellow at the Goldwater Institute for Public Policy Research. During his tenure at the Goldwater Institute, Steven was directly responsible for the researching and drafting of numerous policy papers. His research and writing were centered on National and Arizona economic issues; he was also heavily involved in the researching of constitutional issues regarding economic rights and freedoms.
Prior to joining The Goldwater Institute, Steven served as a legislative intern in the Washington D.C. office of Congressman J.D. Hayworth, where he was responsible for the researching and tracking of legislation regarding tax and fiscal policies.
Steven is a 5th generation Arizonian. He is a Cum Lade graduate of Arizona State University, obtaining concurrent Bachelors of Arts degrees in Economics and Political Science.
