He is the lead strategist and is primarily responsible for all of the government relations, lobbying, political consulting, and public affairs clients of the firm.

Kevin has an extensive background in both Arizona politics and policy development. He has been involved in every legislative session since 1979, and has led a number of major efforts resulting in substantial changes to Arizona law.

Before becoming President of DeMenna & Associates, Kevin was a partner in Robb, DeMenna & Pfister, the #1 public relations firms in Arizona at the time, according to the Arizona Business Journal. While with the firm, Kevin led RD&P's government relations efforts and also managed a variety of public affairs and grassroots programs.

Prior to joining RD&P, Kevin served as the Chief of Staff of the Arizona Senate. In this capacity, he was responsible for all aspects of the legislative process, primarily responsible for those issues identified by Senate leadership.

Kevin has previously served as the Vice President of Public Affairs for the Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, as the Executive Assistant to the Director of the Arizona Department of Revenue, and as the Economist to the Arizona Senate.

Kevin is an honors graduate of Arizona State University, and serves on a number of non-profit boards, as well as state and local commissions.
